I joined this training because I wanted to expand on my skills as a psychotherapist. I joined because I wanted to prepare myself for a group coaching program that I wanted to launch. Throughout the program, I was able to absorb the content, but almost as importantly, I was able to observe Jenny’s approach, techniques, structure, and vibe as she presented the content. As a result, I was able to create my own program using different content, but many of the same techniques as Jenny, just applying them in my own authentic style. Jenny has been a great guide all along the way!
